服務：有船碼頭接送很方便，在酒店也可以叫擺渡車送你回房間或者出去吃飯。看得出他們真的很喜歡白人哈，酒店90%的客人是白人，還有一些中亞地區的人，語言是英文和俄語。我是中國人，很遺憾我英文不太好，前台非常快的和我阿巴一段英文後，我慢慢地再問她問題，前台就比較擺爛地看著我，有點mean mean的讓我不是很舒服。因為我在泰國別的地方的酒店，前台發現你英文不好後會講話慢一點，並且換著描述方式，一定確保你明白，會積極給你解決問題。但是這裡的前台，嗯，你懂的，你英語不好你活該。吃早飯的時候吃到頭髮，服務員sorry了一下就走了？也不解釋一下啊？上錯菜了也是嘩的一下給你端走，甚至看都不看你一眼，更不説sorry解釋了，你的服務對得起你的價格嗎我請問呢。不過spa館和bar的服務員都很好，很熱情給你打招呼和指路哈哈。環境：定的海景+私人泳池房，海景稍微有點詐騙，隔得比較遠還要仰著頭看，算了將就了。海邊沙灘基本屬於詐騙級別，沙子很粗很髒，都是石頭樹葉，水看著也很渾濁，私人沙灘但0美感。上午漲潮的時候會沒過來看著好點，基本都是用他們的海水划船之類的，偶爾有幾個白人在裡面泡（換我我實在是不願意…………）。酒店裡的餐廳貴到飛起，也並不好吃，早餐佔個品種多，但做的還不如外面的平價餐館。我們在酒店外別的餐廳吃的晚飯，比布吉稍貴但是至少比酒店好太多。衞生：房間很好很乾凈，各種咖啡機熱水壺都很乾凈!!衞生間、浴缸都很乾凈，請放心用。房間的垃圾桶在抽屜裡，很隔絕味道很乾凈。泳池房的私人泳池水還行，水一直在循環，但是被小樹包圍著難免水池上有樹葉、蟲子屍體、灰塵，我個人沒關係，有點潔癖的姐妹要注意！酒店自帶的大泳池就在海邊，很乾凈環境很不錯！但是海灘上那個躺椅，感覺幾百年沒洗了，平常就掃掃，泥土、各種液體留下的汙漬痕跡很多，建議自己帶個浴巾去趟。設施：一分錢一分貨，畢竟價格不低，設施這塊在一個小島上沒得説了，空調很給力。水龍頭、洗浴那些熱水也很穩定很好！很多家庭付費項目，沒有體驗就不評價了。

Ein unglaublich gutes Hotel. Liegt auf einer Insel die Anfahrt über das Hotel eigene Pier ist Mega einfach. Auch Besuche auf Phuket (10 Minuten Fahrt) sind durch das gut gekattete System sehr einfach. Wir hatten ein Roller auf dem Festland war wir direkt am Pier parken konnten. Es ist einfach ein Ort zum abschalten. Die Preise für Verpflegung sind hoch allerdings gerechtfertigt durch die Qualität und den Service. Es gibt auch Restaurants auf der Insel falls man Abwechslung braucht. Für jeden der auf der Durchreise einfach mal abschalten möchte ein sehr guter Ort und sehr familienfreundlich.

環境不錯，椰子島一共兩家酒店，都打卡了，這家房間是別墅類型，都在一樓，所以蟲子比較多，按摩泡池看起來就沒什麼慾望去泡，感覺浪費了。房間的牙刷非常垃圾，兩支都斷了，有點離譜，這家設施相比另一家稍舊。另外注意這家酒店是11點退房，不是12點哦

1.環境很原始，是我喜歡的小島，被大自然擁抱的樣子。 2.幫我們免費升房型，很感謝。 3.房間很漂亮。 4.垃圾桶衞生間一個，房間的垃圾桶在抽屜裡，不是很方便。 5.床單枕巾感覺不太乾淨，尤其是枕頭。 6.隔音太太太差了，隔壁咳嗽都能聽到。關於蟲子，其實我感覺還好。房間裡還算是ok。總體來説，性價比還是ok的。

We had a fantastic stay at Barcelo Coconut Island! We originally had a different hotel booked, but after seeing it, we realized we couldn’t stay there — it was terrible. We came back to Barcelo the same day because we just couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. The resort feels like a real escape: beautiful modern villas, a private beach that stays calm even during the rainy season, and peaceful surroundings with genuinely pleasant guests. Breakfasts were quite good, and the staff made us feel welcome at every step. Barcelo felt like home — we’re so glad we returned. Highly recommend!

The staff were super friendly. They upgraded our garden pool villa to a sea view pool villa when we got here. The villa was beautiful and we had the greatest time. They have a variety of foods. We experienced the sister island Rang Yai Island, it was exceptionally beautiful when we took a 訂房網站 there. Crystal clear water to swim in and white sandy beaches to laze on. The pools at the facility are also amazing and we spent most of the time in them. It was an amazing experience!!

Location is a bit off but with very good service. Price at high end, staff is very friendly and room is very clean. All inclusive packages is not recommended except you are a foodie and likes to drink alcohol alot. :)
